It always excites me, the though of bringing in a New Year. There is a certain something that says "this is another opportunity for us all to redefine (maybe even define) our lives". It's a time for reflection and it's a time for renewed expectation.
And I have to say, 2008 promises to be a year of great CHANGE...already we are seeing evidence (yes positive and negative) which shows signs of substantial new order changes. And indeed, I am absolutely convinced that 2008 will see major shifts into Renewable Energies, forced by this wind of change we are witnessing. |

EHEN HELSINKI CONFERENCE REPORT
Helsinki was indeed memorable in many ways. In the first place the sun shone for the entire time we were in Helsinki. In fact, based on that experience we really cannot understand the problems the Finns have with winter.
Of primary importance, however, is the confirmation that Luc Stijnen of Zonnige Kempen, EHEN's Member in Belgium was elected the new EHEN Chairman at the AGM on the 22nd October. Luc will be Chairman of the Network until 2009 and we wish him all success. I am sure I speak for all, when I say that Luc will be able to count on the support of all EHEN Members and we sincerely hope that his contegious enthusiasm will encourage us all to be more involved with the activities of EHEN. |
